Shipping & Returns

STOCK LEVELS
While we do make every effort to ensure that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date, due to the nature of the sporting goods industry items can sell out very quickly. Our inventory is updated in real-time, however because of credit card processing delays outside of our control it is possible that orders can be placed for the same stock simultaneously. If we are unable to fill your order in its entirety, you will be contacted to determine how you wish to proceed with your order.

SHIPPING
Shipping options and their associated costs can be viewed by adding the item(s) to the shopping cart and clicking the "estimate shipping" button below the cart. You do not need to create an account or login to view these costs. If you are not logged in, you will be asked for your state and zip code.

Most orders that do not contain warehouse items ship out the next business day from our store. During busy times it may take an additional business day to get your order shipped out. If orders that do not contain warehouse items are taking longer than 2 business days after the order is placed to ship, we will contact customers and/or post notices on the website.

When ordering warehouse items, many items are available to ship directly from the warehouse for a flat fee. If a "warehouse direct" shipping option is available during checkout, choosing one of those methods will get your order to you sooner than choosing any of the other available options. When choosing "warehouse direct" shipping, your order must be paid for immediately with a credit or debit card. Warehouse firearms cannot ship directly from the warehouse to your dealer and will generally take an additional 1-3 business days to arrive to us before we can ship the firearm to your dealer. Some manufacturers have also restricted the shipment of their products directly from the warehouse and will also take an additional 1-3 business days to arrive before your order can be shipped.

Orders over $400 and orders containing certain items may require a signature upon delivery.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Lanbo's Armory or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

As required by federal law, all firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL holder. If you do not possess a valid FFL, your firearm order must be shipped to a dealer near you for transfer. If you have not purchased a gun online before, please read our quick and easy instructions by clicking here.

Lanbo’s Armory proudly supports all personnel, military and otherwise, that serve our country. We happily ship to APO/FPO boxes and will fill out the necessary forms to do so at no additional charge.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items in sealed packaging may not be returned after they have been opened. Please be sure you want these items before opening the package.

Firearm Returns
If a firearm is returned to us due to no fault of Lanbo's Armory (i.e. failure of a background check, firearm not legal to own in your area, etc.), we will refund the purchase price less any shipping and handling and less a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the costs for returning the firearm. If your receiving dealer requests that we provide a return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Firearms refused due to damage or defects are only eligible for exchange of the same firearm. Firearms are not eligible for return once they have been transferred to you from your dealer. Please be sure to thoroughly inspect them before proceeding with the transfer. Exchange requests for defective or damaged items must be made within 3 days of receipt of your package by sending us an email via our contact us page. After this time, you may contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

Order Cancellations
Orders cancellation requests will be honored when possible. Please use our contact page or reply to your order confirmation email to request cancellation. Please note that orders cannot always be cancelled if they have already been printed for packing. Orders cancelled after the charge has been settled with your bank (meaning we cannot void the charge) will receive store credit. If a refund is requested, there is a 3% cancellation fee to cover the associated credit card fees.

REFUNDS
Returns may be made for exchange or store credit. All returns for refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund within 5 business days, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our contact us page.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via our contact us page. Exchange requests for defective or damaged items must be made within 3 days of receipt of your package by sending us an email via our contact us page. After this time, you may contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.
