Order Delays

Current processing times are running approximately 2 business days for orders NOT containing warehouse items. For firearms, please allow an additional 1-2 business days after the receipt of your local dealer's FFL. Thank you for your understanding.

Warehouse Order Delays

PLEASE NOTE: Current shipping estimates are approximately 2-5 business days.

Items marked as "WAREHOUSE ITEM" in the shopping cart are only available in the quantity you have selected from our warehouse. If all items are available from the warehouse, we can usually ship the entire order directly to you from the warehouse. There are some exceptions and our warehouse can only ship via UPS so they cannot ship to a post office box. If the shipping option "Warehouse Direct" is available, choose this option for the fastest delivery time. If we have to obtain warehouse items to fill your order and the "Warehouse Direct" option is not chosen or not available, it will take an additional 2-3 business days before we can ship your order.

Price Fluctuations

Prices on many of the hard-to-find items are fluctuating quite dramatically. We have 19 distributors and typically only purchase from three of them. These main three all have very similar pricing so the price usually does not fluctuate and we usually pass on items from the other distributors if their prices are too high. However, during "gun scares" we may pay much higher prices than normal if we believe we can still offer these items at reasonable prices (at or below MSRP). Our markup formula remains unchanged, however our cost of goods can vary wildly from one item to the next and from one distributor to another. While some of our prices increase quite a bit because of this, we believe it is better to offer them at the higher prices than not offer them at all. As we are able to restock from our primary distributors at the regular low prices, we will adjust our prices back down until those units sell out. This same concept applies to new items. Some distributors will raise their prices on new items when everyone is scrambling to grab one. Again, we usually pass on overpriced items but if there is a market for the firearm at that price point then we will purchase them and offer them for sale.

Inventory Availability

Many items are now very limited in availability. Because of this, items with low inventory may be in stock when you begin checking out but could sell out before you complete your order. In the event this happens, we will attempt to locate the item(s) so that we can complete your order as-is. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order in a timely manner, we will contact you to see how you wish to proceed.

Order Status Descriptions

• Pending - This is the initial status of any order not yet paid for and unprocessed.
• Processing - This status indicates an order that is paid for and is being processed. During this step, your order is either being assembled or items are being obtained to complete your order if there were any special order items in your order.
• Waiting for FFL - This status indicates that we are waiting to receive your dealer's FFL before we can ship your order.
• Hold for Warehouse Items - Some or all of the items in your order were only available from our warehouse and could not be shipped directly to you. We will ship your order as soon as these items arrive to us. Under normal circumstances, warehouse items usually take 2 business days to arrive before we can ship them. Please check above for any potential warehouse delays.
  
• Hold for Further Instructions - This status indicates that we need more information from you to complete your order or that special arrangements are being made to complete your order.
• FFL Received - Your dealer's FFL has been received and we are in the process of getting your firearm order ready to ship.
• S/N Assigned - Ready To Ship - This is the final step in processing your firearm order. A serial number has been assigned and your order is being packaged and labeled for shipment.
• Partially Shipped - Part of your order has shipped and the remainder will ship separately. In most cases, a new order number will be assigned to the remaining items.
• Preparing for Shipment - Your order is being packaged up and a label has been printed. Your order should be picked up no later than the next business day.
• Shipped - Your order has been shipped and tracking information has been uploaded to your account. Please note that tracking information is usually emailed directly to you from USPS or UPS. You may log in to obtain tracking information as well.
• Warehouse Fulfillment - Your order is being processed by our warehouse and will ship directly to you. Tracking information will be emailed the morning after the order ships.
  
• Waiting for Payment - We are waiting for your payment to complete your order.
• Awaiting ATF Approval - Outgoing - We are waiting for ATF to approve the form 3 transfer to your dealer. Once approved, we will ship your order to your dealer.
• Awaiting ATF Approval - Incoming - We are waiting for ATF to approve the form 3 transfer to us from our distributor. Once approved, we will submit the form 3 for transfer to your dealer.
• Order Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled. If you have not requested the order to be cancelled, please contact us.
