The number of units in stock is updated as items are purchased from the website, however we also list select products for sale on eBay and Amazon.com. Because of this the number of units in stock may not be the most up-to-date information. We reconcile this number periodically throughout the day, however there is the possibility that an item may show as in stock when in fact there are no available units. In this event, you will be notified immediately to determine how you wish to proceed with your order.
We also offer many items that can be ordered from our distributor (usually within 1-3 days) or drop-shipped directly to you from our distributor if we don't have it in stock. The number available is listed as "X Units Available from Distributor" and is listed under our store stock level. This stock level is updated each morning once we receive the report from our distributor (typically around 9:15 a.m. CST). While our store stock level is accurate 99.9% of the time, the listed drop-ship numbers are for reference only. If you place an order for an item that shows with available drop-ship units and they are no longer available at the time of order, we will notify you immediately to determine how you wish to proceed with your order.
Our goal is to get your items to you as soon as possible. We try to ship out by the next business day, but click here to check for news on potential order delays or other news. If there is any expected delay in processing or shipping that is not mentioned there, you will be notified via email.
To save our customers shipping costs and speed up delivery times, some orders may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer(s) or wholesaler(s).
Lanbo’s Armory proudly supports all personnel, military and otherwise, that serve our country. We happily ship to APO/FPO boxes and will fill out the necessary forms to do so at no additional charge.
All sales are final and we do not accept returns for refunds or exchange. We value our customers and will do all we can to help facilitate the repair or replacement of damaged or defective items. However, Lanbo's Armory is not responsible for damaged or defective items. If you have received a damaged or defective item, you must notify us immediately by sending an email through the contact us page with your order number and a description of the problem.
If your package arrived damaged, inspect the contents and notify us immediately by sending an email through the contact us page and we will assist you in making a damage claim with the shipper.
Damaged or defective firearms may only be returned PRIOR to being transferred to you by your local dealer and PRIOR to being fired. Once you have taken possession of the firearm or have fired it, it is considered used and we cannot accept it back. It is your responsibility to check over the firearm before accepting transfer of the firearm. We do realize that there can be defects that cannot be discovered until firing the weapon, however any defects must be addressed with the manufacturer under their warranty. We can assist you in this process if necessary.
In certain circumstances, at our discretion, returns for refund or exchange may be granted and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
If a firearm is returned to us due to no fault of Lanbo's Armory (i.e. failure of a background check, firearm not legal to own in your area, etc.), we will refund the purchase price less any shipping and handling and less a 10% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed to.
Orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Special order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
